Directions
Mix one scoop (12g) of Spiculus BCAA & Electrolytes with 400ml to 600ml of water or a beverage you choose to taste. Consume before, during, and after a workout or exercise for muscle recovery and soreness. For best results, use at least 2 servings per training day.
